1. Users wishing to purchase products from the company through the company's service should remit the amount indicated in the estimate by telegraphic transfer. The company utilizes systems required for proper payment processing, including requiring the user to enter the chassis No., Full name and Telephone No. the message line. Users are responsible for any bank fees incurred in the remittance of funds.
2. The contract is sent by e-mail or fax, where payment is remitted to the company's specified account by the means described above, and said payment has been confirmed.
3. Consider the formation of business at the juncture when the company receipts the sign back of the contract.

1. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research in advance any import regulations in their own country.
2. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to abide by any import restrictions, guidance and instructions from the relevant authorities, and the buyer will not hold the company liable in any instance whatsoever.
3. Import clearance and duty will procedure by the buyer.

1. Refunds are made only where there is a reasonable basis for such action, such as where agreement is not reached on a contract for the payment concerned.
2. Refunds may also be given where both parties agree, even where no reasonable basis as described in (1) above is recognized.
3. Bank fees assessed on remittances related to refunds as described in (1) and (2) above are paying by the buyer, except cases when the company is should take responsibility.

The Buyer may terminate the individual contract before the Seller delivers the Products to a carrier for shipment to the Buyer with payment to the Seller of 10% of the contract amount or amount of 100,000 yen.

1. Where a contract is concluded as stipulated above, the company will not allow for any returns once the products or property rights on such products have been transferred.
2. Exceptions to the above may occur where the company is largely responsible.

2. We will get to you back in 24 hours, and will send you Pro-forma invoice, which will provide information on the amount of charge for exporting of your car and our bank detail.
3. Please send us back you signed Pro-forma invoice by e-mail or fax.

1. Please transfer amount of charge according to the Pro-forma Invoice to our bank account within 48 hours.
2. After the confirmation of the payment by bank we will start the arranging for exporting of car with shipping company.
3. After the confirmation of booking, we will fax you or e-mail the information on vessel and estimated arrival date.

1. After we ship your car, we will send you B/L and all completed original documents to get the car at your port by EMS, FedEx or DHL.
2. After you receive information from shipping company agent at your location, please bring the documents to the port, for procedure of the clearance procedure of your car.
3. And just in case, we will be happy to get good news or information that your car is getting to your hand safety.
